Polívková Kamila

(*1975)
Stage designer, costume designer, director

Kamila Polívková’s work could be characterized by openness to the space and searching for new forms of expression. In her aesthetically integrated and rather minimalist scenic and directing concepts, we can trace the tendency to change the narrative contents into communication of capable visual forms and vice versa. Although she started her career as a scenographer, Polívková now ranks among the renowned Czech directors.
