He co-founded the distinctive Forman Brothers Theatre (together with his twin brother Petr Forman, founded in 1991), which became famous due to spectacular poetic productions in non-traditional and non-theatre spaces (The Freak Show, The Purple Sails, La Baraque).
Graduated from UMPRUM, he also works with other companies as director (National Theatre, Prague – Hänsel and Gretel). He has received several Alfréd Radok Awards: in 2012 for scenography of Enchantia, National Theatre Prague, in 2007 for scenography of A Well-Paid Walk, National Theatre Prague, in 2003 for scenography of La Belle et la Bête, National Theatre Praha.
