In the 1990s, Procházka participated in many experimental performing projects as an engineer, musician, sound designer and actor (with the Russian group Derevo, Brothers Forman Theatre, Min Tanaka, Grifftheater from the Netherlands, Blast Theory from Great Britain etc.). In 1999 – 2015, he worked for Buchty and loutky puppet theatre company. Since 2003, he has been a puppeteer and animator for the film. In 1998, he founded the B4 music group. In 2005, he founded the theatre group HANDA GOTE research & development. He also cooperates with the Finnish performance group Sabotanic Garden and directs puppet and visual performances (e.g. Alfa Plzeň, Lampion Kladno, Miniteater Ljubjana). As a musician and sound designer, he has cooperated with various dance and motion groups (Vertedance, Nanohach, Stage Code, Kristýna Celbová, HoMe Theatre, Vosto5, Petr Tyc) and music projects (Gurun Gurun, Radio Royal, Finnish musician Pasi Makela, Czech-Austrian Poisonous Frequencies, Czech-Norwegian Kresko, Federsel). He also composed music for several movies and TV productions, as well as radio productions and documentaries. Since 2011, he and Petr Ferenc have organized the Wakushoppu concert series focused on free improvisation. He is a member of the international association for Art Brut ABCD. As a journalist and music critic he writes about Czech and foreign recordings for different cultural periodicals and his own blog.
Procházka graduated from the High School of Mechanical and Transport Engineering, and the Department of Alternative and Puppet Theatre at DAMU in 1996. Since 2016, he has been an external teacher at the Department of Alternative and Puppet Theatre at DAMU.
