Transcriptions of the interviews have been published for the first time in this book and provide an intimate testimony about impulses that led Malina in the course of time. More than 120 illustrations prove the connection between Malina’s work of a stage designer and his more distinctive painting. The book was published by the Karolinum publishing house with the editor being Joe Brandesky, the American expert in Czech theatre and stage design.
